Common questions

• I forgot my password. Ask your tutor (or platform admin) to set a new temporary password. Self-serve reset by email may be added later.
• I can’t log in. Confirm you picked the correct practice on the account picker, then check email/password.
• Delete my account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. Details: Privacy policy.
• Notifications. Lesson reminders are local to this device. Enable them under Settings → Notifications.
• Invoices. Tutors create and share month PDFs from the app.
