1. The service

TutorPlanning is a scheduling tool for tutoring practices: tutors set availability and manage students; students and parents book and cancel lessons according to the tutor’s rules. Invoices created in the app are for the tutor’s own billing workflow and are not App Store / Play purchases.

2. Accounts

• You need an account created or invited by a tutor or platform operator.
• Keep your credentials confidential and use accurate information.
• Tutors are responsible for the accounts they create for students and parents, including age-appropriate use and any required consent.
• You may delete your account in-app; see the privacy policy for what is kept for tutoring records.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to other practices or accounts
• Disrupting the service or reverse engineering except where allowed by law
• Uploading unlawful or harmful content in notes or profile fields

4. Tutor–student relationship

Lesson agreements, pricing, cancellations, and invoices are between the tutor and their students/parents. The app helps record hours; it does not make us a party to those tutoring contracts unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Free-tier hosting or maintenance windows may cause temporary pauses.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for tutoring outcomes, missed lessons caused by device or network issues, or disputes between tutors and learners. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law (including for intent or gross negligence where applicable).

7. Changes & contact

TutorPlanning is een planningstool voor bijlespraktijken. Facturen in de app horen bij de eigen facturatiestroom van de tutor en zijn geen aankopen via de App Store of Google Play.

2. Accounts

• Je hebt een account nodig van een tutor of platformbeheerder.
• Houd inloggegevens geheim en verstrek juiste informatie.
• Tutors zijn verantwoordelijk voor accounts die zij voor leerlingen en ouders aanmaken, inclusief leeftijd en toestemming.
• Account verwijderen kan in de app; zie het privacybeleid.

3. Geoorloofd gebruik

Misbruik de dienst niet (ongeautoriseerde toegang, verstoring, onrechtmatige inhoud in notities, enz.).

4. Relatie tutor–leerling

Afspraken over lessen, prijzen, annuleringen en facturen liggen tussen tutor en leerling/ouder. De app registreert uren; wij zijn geen partij bij die overeenkomst tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

5. Beschikbaarheid

We streven naar betrouwbaarheid maar garanderen geen ononderbroken toegang.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan: “as is”. Geen aansprakelijkheid voor bijlesresultaten of geschillen tussen tutor en leerling. Dwingend Nederlands recht blijft van toepassing.
